After scheduling your first appointment we will send you an email with a link to complete your initial paperwork at home on your computer or if you choose you may complete it in the office, just plan on arriving 15 minutes early.

During your first visit a physical therapist will conduct a whole-body movement assessment that will include tests of strength, flexibility, and an observation of movements that you complete on a daily basis.  Based on the findings the therapist will design an individualized plan of care to for symptom relief and to address the origin of your concerns.

Do I need a prescription?

Ohio allows direct access to physical therapy services.  This allows you to be evaluated and treated by a licensed physical therapist without first seeing a physician for a prescription.  Direct access saves you time and money expediting your treatment, relief, and recovery.  

 

Do you take Health insurance?

Physio Therapy Solutions is an out of network provider

What does this means?

You will be responsible for payment at the time of service.  We accept major credit cards, cash, or check.

After service we will provide you with a detailed bill called a “super bill” that you can submit to your insurance company.  This bill will state to the insurance company that you have paid for and received physical therapy care.  Your specific insurance plan may have “out of network benefits” in which case you may be reimbursed some or all of the monies paid.  Check your insurance plan to find out if you have these benefits

Why are we out of network?

Physio Therapy Solutions wants to offer physical therapy on our own terms, the way physical therapy was intended to be provided.  One on one customized care by a physical therapist.  Unfortunately in network’s lower reimbursement has forced providers to shorten treatment times or use assistants decreasing quality of care.
